Ann Redow Raley

THEN NOW

Current Residence: Kirkwood, MO
Profession: High School Theater Teacher/Director
Marital Status: Married
Number of Children: Paul Jacobs ('84) & Emily Raley ('89)
My Best Clayton Memory: Discovering after sophomore year that I would not be a cheerleader when I grew up, but I might have something to do with the theatre. Dr. Pro. Mr. A. ("Rennard and Redow; it sounds like a law firm.") The musicals and OUR TOWN.
My Worst Clayton Memory: 8th grade. Curse of the "best couple". (In retrospect, I may have saved your marriage, Susie and Sam.) "Color My World" and the King's dance.
What will I never forget about CHS: The good memories will always be there; the bad ones have faded away.
My Best Friends at CHS: Jimmy and the guys (Nuss, Artie et al) less drama than girls!
Where did I go after CHS? Mizzou, London, St. Louis, around the midwest and back, following my broadcaster husband. Taught theatre at Ladue HS in the 80's; now I head the Fine Arts Department at Saint Louis Priory School and direct in the Kevin Kline Theatre (small world, Alex!) Sorry I will miss the reunion! I will be celebrating my husband's 50th in London. We will raise a glass and say a prayer for all of you!
